Isaiah 5:20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!
We must cause the Word of God to overcome our own flesh.
We do this by keeping specific scriptures before us day and night and by examining ourselves by those scriptures daily.
Our flesh wants to approve flesh. God does not do this for God is Spirit. Therefore we should restrain ourselves from opening doors with fleshly religious people: no phone calls, no emails, no luncheons, no visitation in any form ... avoid them.

Vicious, dirty cats kept getting into my house. I had a wooden cane and guided them out, and I would turn around and there they were again, back in my house.
2 women kept leaving the door open ... this is how they were getting back in ... through the open door.
Don't open doors.
