Mt. 7:13-14 Jesus says: Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
After I was born again, I asked my best friend, a Baptist: "And what do we do now?"
She replied: "Nothing."
I found that to be puzzling.
Rev. 22:14-15 Blessed are they that do HIS commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.
15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.
At church groups, over and over, I would hear people say: "It is all covered by the blood of Jesus."
It seemed to me that they preached a license to sin.
Rev. 3:5 Jesus says: He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.

To the woman taken in adultery, Jesus said: "Go, and sin no more."
II Peter 2:21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.
There are many things taught in church groups which make the individuals feel comfortable but are contrary to the scriptures in the New Testament Bible.
Jesus says: I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by ME (by The Word). Jn. 14:6
We are saved by the blood of Jesus, but after that we do the commandments of God in the New Testament Bible and only by doing "the Word" can we enter into things of God and come to God.
