Scriptures

Matthew 5:31-32   Jesus says: It hath been said, Whosoever shall put away his wife, let him give her a writing of divorcement:

32 But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.

Acts 20:29-30  The apostle Paul says: For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. 

30  Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.

(Paul is speaking to the church telling them that, after his departing, after Paul's death, this would happen.  For as long as the apostle Paul was alive, he would not permit these perverse things into the church.)

II Thessalonians 2:3-4   Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day (the day of the Lord) shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 

4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

NASB calls this falling away, the apostasy, which comes through the churches.  The "falling away" is the church group falling away from portions of scripture.  The restraint against antichrist are the scriptures.  As long as the church wholly presents all scripture of the New Testament Bible, antichrist is restrained.  But when portions of scripture are removed or changed, the restraint against antichrist is removed and antichrist moves into the church group to present his perverted doctrines.

I John 2:18   Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.

(The antichrists are spirits in men.  Just as the devil is not one man, but a spirit in many men, antichrist is a spirit in many men.)

Homosexuals & lesbians:

Romans 1:26-27   For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: 

27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

Born homosexual: Not so

Mark 10:6   But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.

Jesus speaking to the woman taken in adultery:

John 8:11  Go, and sin no more.

We cannot commit that sin any more once we have been enlightened to the fact that it was sin to do that.  We must not return again to that sin for to do so is like a dog returning to it's vomit. (II Peter:2:22)

I Corinthians 6:9-11    Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate (homosexuals), nor abusers of themselves with mankind, 

10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

4 And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: 

5 That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.
