* Laying a foundation upon which you can securely build for the rest of your life on this present earth.

The first concept we develop after we are born again, is the understanding of how God uses the Spirit of Jesus, the Holy Spirit, to lead us and guide us and teach us in all things pertaining to Jesus.  We build on that Word that comes down from heaven to us by God's Spirit.  Thus our plans are authored by God HIMSELF and we have a sure foundation for that which we do upon this present earth.

And we are conformed to the image of Jesus each time we do that word from God, following that word which is given us by the Spirit of God in scripture, by dreams, or in a word brought to our mind by the Spirit of God.

By this, we start the remainder of our life in Christ with a sure foundation created by God for HIS church.

Philippians 4

6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

The work of the Holy Spirit in us:

Everyone who is born again has the Holy Spirit:

Ephesians 1:13   In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

***

Psalm 51:10-11   David prayed:  Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.  Cast me not away from THY presence; and take not THY holy spirit from me.

John 14:26  But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

James 1:5   If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

John 16:13   Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

I Corinthians 2

9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him.

10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.

12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.

13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

Keep before you day and night that verse of scripture or that dream or that concept that is given to you by God which shows you what you are to do in your life at that  exact moment in time.

Examples:  The words guiding me at this point in time in my life.

* December 6:2018 ... "You'll never see this house again."

***

* Dream from God:  February, 2020  Starving kittens:  In this dream, I opened the door to my house and kittens were everywhere, on the right and left sides of my door.  These kittens were starving and some were at the point of death.  They were waiting for me to feed them.  The kittens were white except for one kitten that was white with a tinge of yellow.  I looked in my garage.  Kittens were in my garage waiting also.

Asking God what this dream means:  This is the church waiting for you to give them food.  One kitten was polluted with yellow.  (wrong doctrine)  But the rest were white.  (pure)

* Scriptures causing me to have strength to exhort the church through the years.

Hebrews 3

12 Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.

13 But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.

14 For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;

(exhort warn the church daily ... God has given me the spiritual gift of "exhortation".  I Corinthians 12:8)

---

Hebrews 10:25   Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

And exhort even more as you see the day of the Lord approaching:  thoughts come to me saying, "You're writing too much."  "You're recording too many Podcasts."  Hebrews 10:25 shows me to exhort "even more" as I see the day of the Lord approaching, therefore I'm strengthened and encouraged and assured by God through scripture to do the work assigned to me by God, exhorting the church "even more" in the ways of God.

Keep before you those scriptures and dreams given to you by God through HIS spirit and diligently follow such scripture, dreams, and words the Holy Spirit brings to your mind,  pursuing that direction.

Staying on the Highway of God: Being recreated into the image of Jesus, The Word.

Romans 8:29   For whom HE did foreknow, HE also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of HIS Son, that HE might be the firstborn among many brethren.

We are conformed to the image of Jesus each time we do that Word given us by God.

Building a deep root system:

Joshua 1:8  This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

***

Ephesians 4:29    Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.

***

James 1:26   If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain.

When you don't let your flesh do what it wants to do, this is an example of "suffering in the flesh".

I Corinthians 10:13   There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

We have to want to escape the evil.

Jesus said to pray, "Deliver us from evil."

Mark 4

3 Hearken; Behold, there went out a sower to sow:

4 And it came to pass, as he sowed, some fell by the way side, and the fowls of the air came and devoured it up.

5 And some fell on stony ground, where it had not much earth; and immediately it sprang up, because it had no depth of earth:

6 But when the sun was up, it was scorched; and because it had no root, it withered away.

7 And some fell among thorns, and the thorns grew up, and choked it, and it yielded no fruit.

8 And other fell on good ground, and did yield fruit that sprang up and increased; and brought forth, some thirty, and some sixty, and some an hundred.

Jesus explains this parable:

14 The sower soweth the word.

15 And these are they by the way side, where the word is sown; but when they have heard, Satan cometh immediately, and taketh away the word that was sown in their hearts.

16 And these are they likewise which are sown on stony ground; who, when they have heard the word, immediately receive it with gladness;

17 And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word's sake, immediately they are offended.

18 And these are they which are sown among thorns; such as hear the word,

19 And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful.

20 And these are they which are sown on good ground; such as hear the word, and receive it, and bring forth fruit, some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some an hundred.
